  1. It is not until recently that I started to learn about practicing self-awareness. I find it fascinating that so much things are  actually happening in our subconscious mind which we are not aware of. Being more mindful and aware of our inner being helps us to understand our self and our needs better. This in turns promotes self care and improve our general well being. I agree with you that a winning mindset starts from within. When we take care of our health, our mind can focus better and we can achieve higher.

Beliefs can come from the people around us and can hold us back in life. Quite scary when you consider they are often not ones we formed ourselves but come from others.

Only thinking positively and believing in ourselves we can achieve success and happiness in life. We need to take care about our body, find time for proper meals, exercises and sleep as without it its impossible to create healthy, positive mindset.

  3. Since I started with my online ventures I have realized how important is to have the right mindset. I have been looking into all those that have been successful online and they all struggled at the first but persisted. And that requires mental strength. In my book, we should have a plan. Think will always get tough, but we plan ahead so we are not taken off guard.

    I work very hard on my new offline business, and because of this, I eat junk food, sleep late at night, and of course, I don’t even have the time to do sport. I can’t afford to continue this way anymore. It’s not worth it if I am not healthy. I need to change my mindset so I can succeed in my business. Your tips will be of great help.
